Winding modes:
– Clockwise. Rotate 2 min rest 6 min.
– Anticlockwise. Rotate 2 min rest 6 min.
– Alternating. Rotate 2 min rest 6 min then change direction.
– Long Alternating. Change direction every 5 minutes for 3 hours then rest 9 hours.
– Approximately 9 turns every 1 minute
